Do you recognize the guy on the book cover? His name is Kevin Trudeau. Many years ago I saw him on television selling computers and CDs. He was later became an author writing about nature cure. Today I saw him on television again promoting his new book “more on nature cure”. It was kind of interesting to see how he evolves. He was a salesman but he became more like a preacher of nature curing idea now. And he’s got a lot of followers.

According to him his first book sold over 6 million copies. Obviously he made millions on his first book and wanted to replicate that glorious again. I would like to say he is extremely good at selling. In his new television advertisement, he acted like a celebrity guest going on a major television interview. He appeared very out speaking and pretty convincing. In fact I enjoy watching his “interview”.  But of course I didn’t order his book. Because I don’t believe in him and just like what his book reviewer on Amazon said,

Kevin Trudeau is a snake oil salesman–a very successful one. People, modern medicine isn’t the conspiracy, Trudeau’s books are!

His book targets the ignorant, and desperate, and those who see government conspiracy behind every bush.

I was watching a television series the other day. It was a story about an

ambitious businessman who was living hundreds of years ago in China. He said that when doing business we shouldn’t always think about how to sell stuff and that we should always think about what people really need. I guess that was and very true and it still is.

I think Kevin Trudeau understand that very much. From selling computers and CDs to selling curing idea, doesn’t matter if the idea really work it is certainly a market niche. Whether it is morally right to do what he is doing is another question.  He is certainly has the kind of talent to make millions. I would really like to see what he is going to sell next.
