It Sounds Working for Microsoft is Very Fun

I came across this video in YouTube. It is the keynote that Microsoft chairman Bill Gate presented to audiences in CES. He talks about his last day as a full time employee in Microsoft.

It was a fun video.

I don’t know if you feel the same after watching this video. It seems to me Microsoft has a fun corporate culture. Because I believe to some extend the culture of a company is determined by its founders. I feel Microsoft is a very fun and at the same time an extremely successful company. If you are a lucky one that works in Microsoft please tell us what it really likes.

I recalled I read an article a while ago about the people that work for Google. They sound have a very relax and fun working environment also. They can even bring their dogs and cats to their office. That was something absolutely unacceptable for all the companies that I worked for. I will probably never have the luck to work for such companies like Google or Microsoft. But I think I still have the luck and time to create one for myself sometime in the future.
